Hearl Lenton F.R.I.C.S.
Hearl was born locally and joined the firm after completing his A levels. He took and passed his professional qualifications while working, to become an Associate of The Incorporate Society of Valuers & Auctioneers [ISVA], later to become a Fellow of the same Institution and then a Fellow of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors upon their merger with the ISVA.

Hearl has been with the firm for over 30 years, during which time he has built-up a mass of local knowledge and experience. Hearl lives in Wakefield, although his family are from Batley, and he is a keen golfer, being a member of Woodthorpe Golf Club.

Jonathan Kidd M.R.I.C.S.
Jonathan Kidd joined the firm on leaving college aged 18. He took his professional exams while working for the practice and became an Associate of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1992, becoming a partner in 1993.

In total Jonathan has now worked for the firm for over 18 years and like Hearl has been able to build-up a wealth of local knowledge over that time. More recently Jonathan also became one of the first 300 surveyors in the country to achieve SAVA Accreditation, this recently introduced standard is an assurance of quality in relation to the provision of home buyers’ valuations and surveys.

Jonathan is married with two children and lives in Huddersfield, where his family originated, and he still plays football for Cravens, a Huddersfield District League side.

Fiona Longley M.R.I.C.S.
Fiona joined the firm in 2003 as one of our Chartered Surveyors after working for over 10 years at The Valuation Office. Fiona undertakes residential surveys, commercial valuations, lettings and management, as well as rating work.

Catherine Miller
Catherine also joined the firm in 2003 as our Residential Sales Negotiator dealing with all aspects of residential sales, from original instruction to completion. In addition, Catherine forms part of our front of office team that deals with all general enquiries.

James Child
James also joined the firm in 2003 and deals with all aspects and administration of our residential managed estate. In addition, James carries out commercial and residential agency work, including the conducting of property viewings.

Dorothy Sharpe
Dorothy has worked for the company for over 8 years and is in charge of our managed estate accounts, covering both residential and commercial property.

Susan Floyd
Susan is the firm's longest serving employee, having been with us since the mid-1980s. Susan is the firm's accountant and deals with all office account matters.

Julie Morris
Julie administers the sale and letting of industrial and commercial property as well as completing secretarial work, including the typing of various reports. In addition, Julie forms part of our front of office team that deals with all general enquiries.
